R410A环保型冷媒日立压缩机维修的注意事项

1、使用制冷剂为R404A,不能使用其它制冷剂。
The refrigerant shall be only R404A, no other refrigerant shall be applied.

2、连续运行时，吸排气压力应该在技术规格书规定的运行范围内。
The suction and discharge pressures under the continuous operation shall be within the range as
specified in the working range.

3、压缩机必须按正确方向运转，反转会引起压缩机损坏。
The compressor can be operated for correct rotation direction, the counter rotation operation may
cause the damage of compressor.

4、压缩机运行电压在额定电压的90%-110%之间，相间不平衡率在3%以内。
The operating voltage shall be between 90% and 110% of the rated voltage, the phase imbalance shall
be within 3%.

5、压缩机启停周期
Frequency of Starting and Stopping

1)压缩机启停周期应≤6次/小时
The frequency shall be less than or equal to 6 times per hour.

2) 由于安装有膨胀阀和其它元件，系统在启动前压力没有有效平衡,应在制冷系统设置启动时的旁通回路。
The starting bypass circuit shall be provided for the refrigerant cycle, where the pressures are
not balanced before starting due to installation of the expantion valve and others.

6、压缩机回油和油量
Oil Return and Oil Quantity in Compressor

1)机油必须连续不断地回到压缩机。
The oil shall be returned to the compressor continuously.

2）除压缩机外，制冷系统中的其它部位不应有油的积存。
There shall be no oil accumulation part, except the compressor, in the refrigeration cycle.

3）压缩机运行时，油位不得低于从油面镜能观察到的最低位置。
The oil level in the compressor during the operation shall be in the levels which can be observed
through the oil sight glass.

7、由于存在冷凝器风扇卡死或其它情况，排气压力存在异常，其最高压力不得超过3.0MPa。
The maximum abnormal discharge pressure, due to the condenser fan locking and other, shall not
exceed 3MPa.

8、日立压缩机其它注意事项
Others

1）润滑油与冷媒的重量比（润滑油/冷媒）参考值为0.4 ；
We advise the ratio of oil to the refrigerant (oil/refrigerant) should be 0.4 in weight basis.

2）当系统中压缩机存在液态冷媒回流情况时，应采用储液罐等设计避免液态冷媒回流；
When the compressor in the system has the liquid refrigerant flooding back operation,the accumulator
is required.

3）向压缩机充油或冷媒时，必须从排气侧进行；
Charging oil or refrigerant from the discharge pipe.

4）系统高压压力开关参考设定值为2.6±0.1MPa；
We advise setting pressure of the high pressure switch as follow: 2.6±0.1MPa,

5）排气恒温器应安装在压缩机顶部。
The discharge gas thermostat shall be attached at the top of compressor,

6) 在焊接压缩机配管时，要特别注意避免焊料进入压缩机内部。
Attention that avoiding solder falls into the compressor when soldering the tubes.

7）吸气管上需安装滤网（100 目）。
A suction gas strainer (100 mesh) shall be mounted.

8)压缩机油有很强的吸湿性，不能使压缩机敞开在空气中。
Since the refrigerant oil for these compressor can easily absorb moisture, the compressor shall
not be left open to the atmosphere.

9)油面镜观察到冷冻机油颜色发生明显变化时，应该更换机油。
The oil shall be changed while the color is altered obviously, which can be observed through the
oil sight glass.

10)换热器或其它器件的清洗剂，如有机溶剂等不能残留在制冷系统中。
Cleaning agents, such as organic solvent, for the heat exchangers an other parts shall be completely
removed, and shall not be remained in the refrigeration cycle.

11)真空状态下，压缩机不能通电。
The compressor motor shall not be applied by the line voltage when the compressor is evacuated.

12)保证反相继电器是有效运行的，比如在手动启动压缩机时不要屏蔽此继电器。
The function of the reverse-phase protection relay shall always be effective, do not bypass this
relay by such as depressing the manual button of the compressor starter.

13)搬动压缩机时，手不能握在接线盒上或使接线盒过分受力。
Do not hold the terminal box and do not apply strong forces to it when handing the compressor.

14)电路中应安装漏电断路器和过载保护器。
An earth-leakage circuit breaker and a fuse should be install in the electric circuit.

15)为防止压力过高造成危险，应在压缩机排气侧安装高压开关或者压力释放阀。
In order to prevent any over pressure hazard, install a high pressure switch or a pressure relief
valve in the compressor discharge line.

16）向压缩机添加冷冻机油时，请采用注油机进行。注油机由净油单元和注油单元组成，如果只有注油单元没
有净油单元，不具备净油功能，是不能去除油中水分，导致压缩机油中水分超标。加入到空调系统中油的水
分要控制在50PPM 以下，否则可能会引发压缩机耐电压不良。
Please use the oiling machine charge oil to the compressor. The oiling machine was composed of
neat oil and charging parts. If only the charging unit is not neat oil unit do not have the neat
oil function, can not remove the moisture of oil, leading to ovenproof. The moisture of oil should
be controlled within 50PPM, otherwise it may cause withstand voltage test fault.
